Father, you are with me.  You bless me in every aspect of my life.  Just as you fulfilled all your promises to Jacob and everything that happened to Joseph had a divine purpose, may the events of my life be lived in such a way that they are an unfolding of your will and plan.

May I never confront you, Lord, in the midst of adversity.  May I not point blame to you in the form of my discontent.  All the occurrences of my life are intended for good to accomplish your will and desire for my life.

I pray that I may be always filled with hope in you.  A hope that will not die or fade.  I pray that my hope may be set firmly on my faith in you.

Father, your blessing flowed through Jacob even as a result of the many difficulties experienced in his life.  May I continue to persevere in the midst of difficulties so that you’re your will may be seen in my life.  May I not become disheartened to the point of losing faith in you and your will for me.  Your promise continued to be fulfilled through the life of Jacob.  May my life be an avenue for your will to be done in today’s world.

May all the things I do in my life be in keeping with your will and plan for your kingdom.  May I be an effective steward of your plan.  May I find favor in your eyes.

Father, you are God.  I may not be able to understand your purpose for my life, but everything is part of your divine plan for my life.  The immensity of your plan or your purpose may not be known or understood for a very long time or ever, but your plan is to unfold and be revealed as your deem appropriate.  I should not be afraid, uncertain, or doubtful of how your purpose will work out in my life.  Your plans will reveal themselves with certainty.

Father, may I come close to you and not be anxious.  Lord, I pray that I may keep you ever present in my daily life.  I pray that my life may be a continuous prayer to you.

All you do is focused on saving your people.  Everything you have done has been in a continuous saving work for all people.  You will not rest in saving your people until all have come to know you.  Thank you, Lord Jesus.

Father, even though it may not be clear, I must faithfully follow your instruction.  Your ways are not our ways.  You will carry out your work to its full completion.  You will use everything to your purpose, the good and the evil.  You will use everything to your end.

Everything happens because you will it to be so.  You rule over all human deeds to achieve your saving purpose.

Lord, may my life not be based on hatred, lies, and deception.  May my life be focused on you and your love.  I am so sorry for all the ways I have sinned against you.

Father, you grant me mercy; you have given me priceless treasure.  Your love for me and your gift knows no bounds.  I can scarcely fathom all that you have done for me, even though I do not deserve any of your undying faithfulness and love.

Lord, may I never doubt your ability to question your mercy towards me.  You are an able God.  Your mercy knows no ends to those who love you.  I find it hard to comprehend how you could shower such mercies on me, but that is not for me to question.  All that I need to comprehend is your love and certain hope.  It is in that hope that your unbounded mercy will flow.  Lord, may my prayers to you not be feeble.  May my prayers to you be certain, because you are a certain God.  You are an able God.

Father, you ask me to do what is right and just in your eyes.  May I always do what is right in your eyes.  Please help me to understand and see what is your will for me and my life.  May I not be blinded by own preconceptions of what you desire of me.  Help me to not pursue my own desires and ends at the expense of others.  May I any level of self-righteousness not be part of my being.  Lord, may I trust in you and not in my own vain confidence.
